All items are despatched within 5 working days and sent off 1st class with Royal Mail.

Our returns policy

Returning your items

If you are by any chance unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product in it's original state. Once I have received the item I will exchange your item or refund you in full. Unfortunately we are unable to refund return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Please note if we do not receive the item back we cannot issue your refund. All sale items and custom orders are final. 

 Once I have refunded you I will notify you. If you paid through Paypal it will be deposited into your Paypal account. If you pay by credit or debit card it will be deposited back into your bank account.

​ Sale returns

Please note sale items are eligible for return. We will be happy to give you an exchange or gift card for the amount purchased. Please send your items back to us within 14 days of receipt.
